Weaving the sacred and creative through yoga, intuitive dance & expressive arts

An oasis of true nourishment

Embodied Arts & Wellness offers an oasis of true nourishment -- not the quick fix kind -- the slow down, move, breathe, feel and connect with what is real inside of you kind. In a face paced, tech forward world, we offer an invitation to return home to yourself -- to the inherent wisdom within your body, and to Source -- through movement, presence and creativity.

Our offerings are infused with Spirit, inviting a return to ritual space, weaving the sacred and the creative into embodied practices that support the full range of expression -- from deep, restorative stillness to inspired, dynamic movement -- a reminder that coming back to center can be simple, that movement is healing, and that embodied play is a necessary and healthy tool for self-regulation and growth; for adults, children and families.

As a student of yoga for over 25 years, I have been exposed to many different teaching styles and approaches. Lucia stands out as a teacher who nourishes and strengthens your body, spirit and mind in an integrated and intentional way. In each of her classes, I experience a transformation and come out cleansed and grounded. It has become a form of soul therapy I count on . I am so grateful to have found Lucia and her yoga community. It represents a form of coming home to myself, my body, and true grounding.

"Lucia has inspired our communities for decades. Her creativity is an endless stream of surprises. Her capacity to bring her community to tears is like none other. She causes us all to laugh and delight in the human reality that we all find ourselves moving through. Lucia is filled with light because she is not afraid to be with the darkness. She is a teaching and teacher of paradox and wholeness!"
