Weaving the sacred and the creative
Embodied Arts & Wellness offers an oasis of true nourishment -- not the quick fix kind -- the slow down, move, breathe and feel, connect with what is real inside of you kind. In a face paced, tech forward world, we offer an invitation to return home to yourself -- to the inherent wisdom within your body, and to Source -- through movement, presence and creativity.
Our offerings are infused with Spirit, inviting a return to ritual space, weaving the sacred and the creative into embodied practices that support the full range of expression -- from deep, restorative stillness to inspired, dynamic expression -- a reminder that coming back to center can be simple, that movement, whether inward or outward is healing, and that embodied play is a necessary and healthy tool for self-regulation and growth; for adults, children and families.
