Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the basis for most modern yoga practices and is a great place to start.  Focusing mostly on static asanas  (physical postures) both sitting and standing, along with Pranayama (breath work) and meditation to create balance in the physiology and promote mind/body connection and well-being. 

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga links the breath to movement, creating flowing, synchronous sequences to uplift your body, mind and heart.   This class helps to build overall strength, flexibility, mobility and balance. 

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga  is a quiet, meditative practice that holds poses for longer, targeting the deepest, connective tissues of the body such as ligaments, joints and the fascial network.  Yin Yoga increase flexibility and mobility and works seasonally with the meridians of the body to promote nourishment for the internal organs and relaxation for the mind/body/spirit.
